Biography
Kara is the very definition of a hybrid broker. She is a member of The National of Board of REALTORS® (NAR), The Greater Manchester / Nashua Board of REALTORS® and the Northern New England Real Estate Network. Her 30 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales and construction management has led her down many successful paths. She created and founded one of NH’s most successful and personable property management companies on the southern border. Managing over 1000 condo units and working with condo associations, Kara always made sure her clients came first. Kara expanded her business model by incorporating general contracting & construction projects for investors over the past few years. Kara’s background not only harmonizes the preparation of your property but also offers an advantage of fierce negotiations for smoother deals.
