Kara is the very definition of a hybrid broker. She is a member of The National of Board of REALTORS® (NAR), The Greater Manchester / Nashua Board of REALTORS® and the Northern New England Real Estate Network. Her 30 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales and construction management has led her down many successful paths. She created and founded one of NH’s most successful and personable property management companies on the southern border. Managing over 1000 condo units and working with condo associations, Kara always made sure her clients came first. Kara expanded her business model by incorporating general contracting & construction projects for investors over the past few years. Kara’s background not only harmonizes the preparation of your property but also offers an advantage of fierce negotiations for smoother deals. Jill is an original NH native growing up in Salem, NH. She has spent the last 28 years in the town of Auburn NH raising her family and getting involved with the community. 

Jill’s expertise goes beyond her half a decade of real estate experience. She spent 30 years working for a prestigious law firm in Manchester, NH working as a legal assistant. Jill has extensive knowledge in real estate and corporate law. Jill has a keen eye for processing and digesting contracts that benefit her clients both on the buying and selling spectrums. Jill’s depth of training and education also extends into liability prevention and consumer protection. She is proficient in the industry of water mitigation, fire and mold damage. Jill’s experience is with both existing and new construction. Jill has achieved several certifications.  Jill is Residential Construction Certified as well as a Certified New Homes Specialist and a Pricing Strategy Advisor.  She is a member of The National of Board of REALTORS® (NAR), The Greater Manchester / Nashua Board of REALTORS® and the Northern New England Real Estate Network.

Donna has over 20 years of experience in the construction/real estate industry. She is a member of the Greater Manchester / Nashua Board of REALTORS®, NAR, & NEREN.  Donna has worked with developers on new and current construction, dealt with all aspects of the closing process, and coordinated a variety of special projects to successful, on time conclusions.  As a Property and Rental Manager, Donna wrote and executed leases for commercial and residential tenants.  Donna is well versed and willing to assist with all of your real estate needs.
