Lead by Mike Rice, Silver Creek has a staff with combined construction experience of over 80 years working in all facets of the industry.  Having worked his way up through the trade Mike has an understanding, and appreciation, for the variety of work that goes into a project.  

The team has completed a wide range projects including: single family homes, duplexes, condominiums, luxury custom homes, multi-family apartment buildings, hotels, dormitories, office buildings, industrial buildings, warehouses, retail buildings, dental offices, medical spaces, and subdivision development.  These projects have been in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Colorado, Montana and Michigan.  Their experience and knowledge of every aspect of construction from roads and infrastructure to the varying requirements of concrete, structural steel, light gauge metal, and wood framed structures are the foundation of Silver Creek.
